Making sense of energy governance frameworks: Fourth "Eternal Summer" webinar to explore enforcement of national energy plans and targets

The Energy Community Summer School’s Eternal Summer Webinar Series will continue on 28 April with a session on the governance of national energy plans in the European Union and the Energy Community Contracting Parties. Together, Summer School Alumni Biljana Grbić and Lisse van Vliet will capture the evolution of national plans, which have become increasingly integrated covering different goals and targets related to energy, environment and climate, and outline the enforcement mechanisms at hand. As the Green Deal moves Europe into the direction of collective target achievement by way of national action and plans, this discussion will be important for the future energy governance.
