Overview of the program

A €10 million Project loan will part-finance the construction, re-construction and upgrade of a total of seven pre-school educational facilities, four of which will be located in the country’s capital, Podgorica, and three in the Northern municipalities of Berane, Bijelo Polje and Plav.

Final beneficiaries will be approximately 1 675 children, in the age range of 0-6 years old, who will benefit from accessing modern and adequate pre-school facilities, as well as children with special needs, who will be mainstreamed and integrated into the education cycle.
