Short description of the overall project

This project will support the on-going activities within the Administration for reserves of energy-generation products concerning the optimal management of mandatory oil stocks through the provision of policy advice, technical assistance and support to institutional and human resource capacity building.

Short description of activities financed by the donation

In particular, the project will help to analyse necessary investments in storage capacity and software development, and preparation of technical documentation/specification to support monitoring and control of mandatory reserves and reporting to the authorities.
