Short description of the overall project

Loan amount from 200 to 10,000 Euros. Clients who have applied for this product have the opportunity to receive grants from the EBRD  (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) after the fulfilment of certain conditions for construction and renovation in the framework of energy efficiency, by grant of 20% of the loan amount. If the loan is used only for one product (measure) then the client receives a grant of 15% of the loan value, and in cases where the loan is used for two or more products (measures) contributing to the increase of energy efficiency then the grant will be in the value of 20% of the loan.
