Advisory Committee to hold two public hearings under Energy Community Dispute Settlement Rules

On 14 November 2023 the Advisory Committee of the Energy Community will hold two public hearing according to Article 32(4) of the Dispute Settlement Rules. The hearings relate to non-compliance with the Energy Community environmental acquis:
- on case ECS-12/23 against Moldova / environment on 14 November 2023 at 1:00 p.m. CET as a remote video conference;
- on case ECS-15/21 against Montenegro / environment on 14 November 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CET as a remote video conference.
Stakeholders interested to take part in the virtual hearing should send their name and e-mail address to Ms. Inga Prokofjeva latest by 13 November 2023 at 5 p.m. CET. The interested parties are to notify which of the hearings, or if both, they wish to attend.
The registered participants will receive a virtual participation link to the meeting(s) on the 14 November 2023 in the morning.
