Serbian ban on natural gas export terminated

The Serbian Government terminated the ban on natural gas which was introduced last autumn. Earlier, the Secretariat had communicated to the Serbian authorities that such ban constituted a violation of the Energy Community Treaty’s provisions and required termination.

Concrete implementation steps related to secure gas supply,  market opening, unbundling and certification will be high on agenda during Director Lorkowski’s upcoming working visit to Belgrade this Friday.
