Transgaz, Balkan Gas Hub, Desfa and Henex sign SEEGAS memorandum

Key regional stakeholders joined SEEGAS, the initiative for trans-regional cooperation on the development of an integrated South-Eastern and Eastern European gas market, on the occasion of the first Steering Committee meeting on 16 and 17 September in Vienna. The gas transmission system operators, Transgaz of Romania and Desfa of Greece, the Balkan Gas Hub of Bulgaria and the Hellenic Energy Exchange have signed the SEEGAS Memorandum of Understanding. 

The SEEGAS Steering Committee, which consists of two experts of each signatory, will meet at least once every three months to review and discuss the implementation of the Memorandum.
