"Eternal Summer" webinar to explore how the EU shapes external energy and climate policies

Understanding how the EU, as a growing regulatory superpower, uses soft and hard power tools to shape the energy and climate policies of third countries is ever more important. On 29 June, the fifth session of the Energy Community Summer School’s Webinar Series will explore implications of the European Green Deal for the Energy Community Contracting Parties.  

The lecture will be given by Dr. Irakli Samkharadze, Associate Professor of International Law and Head of European Integration Research Centre at Georgian National University.
