The Energy Community Secretariat has been entrusted to manage one of the components in the EU4Energy Programme Phase II between 2020 and 2024. Throughout the action, the Secretariat will work with stakeholders in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in order to assist them with the drafting, transposition and implementation of energy reforms, including the Clean Energy for all Europeans Package. The targeted sectors are electricity, gas (including hydrogen), energy efficiency and renewable energy. In order to better measure policy reforms, the Secretariat will develop and use additional implementation indicators.

The Project will also facilitate knowledge transfer to the relevant public authorities via various capacity building activities. The Secretariat has launched Phase II by consulting the planned activities with the beneficiaries.
