Participants from more than 60 countries join Energy Community Competition Forum
Last week, the three webinars of the 2021 edition of the Energy Community Forum “Competition Law in the Energy Sectors”, organised in cooperation with Concurrences, took place. While the first webinar explored the interplay between competition policy and industrial policy, with the prominent example of the Battery Alliance, the second webinar discussed several aspects of the energy transition and the role of the legal framework and communities therein. Finally, the last webinar touched upon the review of the Energy and Environmental State Aid Guidelines.
The cooperation brought the Energy Community Secretariat together with Concurrences, the leading publishing house in the area of competition and State aid. The event attracted a global audience from more than 60 countries, which participated in the Forum’s interesting discussions.
