Energy Community Eternal Summer Webinar - sixth session on Just transition fund and taxonomy

Please be invited to the sixth session of the Energy Community Summer School’s Webinar Series. In the course of this series, representatives of the faculty, alumni and other friends of the Summer School will share their particular insight and experience with you, and invite you for a discussion in the spirit of the Summer School.

About the topic: In order to meet the EU climate and policy as well as Paris Agreements objectives European economies must become climate neutral by 2050 at the latest. EU adopted a Sustainable Finance Package to help moving the flow of money towards sustainable activities across the European Union. Enabling investors to re-orient investments towards more sustainable technologies and businesses will be instrumental in making Europe climate neutral by 2050. The presentation will focus on the role of taxonomy and Just Transition Fund as key measures enabling transition towards climate neutrality.
