The morning session of the event will focus on experience in monitoring connection codes implementation on EU level by ACER and ENTSO-E. Discussions will look into the lessons that can be learned from EU practise and the establishment of monitoring and reporting cooperation formats for the Energy Community. Implementation monitoring will be kicked-off for the Contracting Parties following the expiry of the deadline for their implementation in September 2021.
The afternoon session will present the final results of the study on the implementation of the network code on requirements for grid connection of generators and the network code on demand connection in the Energy Community Contracting Parties. The study has been launched by the Energy Community Secretariat in late 2020.
At the meeting EKC company will present findings on the Technical Assistance for the Connection Network Codes implementation in the Energy Community, including the proposal of non-exhaustive parameters and presentation of mutual TSO and DSO connection issues and business processes.
